10 A.M. at La Crosse: RIVER STAGE WAS 12.1 FEET. Flood stage is 12.0 feet. Minor flooding is reported and it will continue as the river rises to 12.8 FEET AT RIVERSIDE PARK BY TUESDAY. Pettibone Campground and RV park is already flooded.
