At 6:00 A.M. the wind chill was 16 degrees and that ain't no April fools joke. In fact, it's no joke at all and I'm not laughing.
Look at the week ahead:
TODAY: WINDY
WEDNESDAY: CLOUDS
THURSDAY: FREEZING RAIN
FRIDAY: SNOW/SLEET
I keep thinking it has to get better. Now I'm thinking that, maybe, it doesn't have to get better. Maybe winter has frozen solid and is stuck right over Wisconsin.
