I swear! I think all the cold air in the world is stuck, right here, in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Even with sunshine, this is going to be a damn, brutal day with a high of 26 degrees and a WIND CHILL OF 2 BELOW ZERO with just a couple of weeks to April.  Enough is enough, already!

And it just keeps getting worse.  This is the latest advisory from the National Weather Service.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL IMPACT THE AREA TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. ALL RAIN IS EXPECTED TUESDAY, THEN CHANGING OVER TO SNOW TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY AS GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS USHER IN COLDER AIR.

THE GUSTY WINDS AND SOME ACCUMULATING SNOW MAY LEAD TO SOME TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES LATE TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY.

IN ADDITION...AREA RIVER AND STREAM LEVELS WILL REMAIN ELEVATED INTO NEXT WEEK FROM RECENT AND ADDITIONAL EXPECTED SNOW MELT AND PRECIPITATION.

RIVERS AND STREAMS THAT STILL HAVE ICE ON THEM COULD EXPERIENCE ICE JAMS WHICH COULD LEAD TO FLOODING.
