The latest Airline Quality Rating Report puts Virgin America at the top of the list as the best airline to fly in the USA.  Jet Blue came in at #2.

I'm sorry to see that United Airlines came in dead last.  Before Continental merged with United they were getting very high marks from travelers.  Maybe it's still too early to judge.  The two, that are now one, are still trying to get their act together.
