The Food Channel says cooking with tea is becoming a big deal.  Tea drinking is also a growing trend in the USA.

Tea is coming into the bars with a "kick" too.  For instance, one that sounds good to me is a HAVANA MOON TEA COCKTAIL.  It's black tea mixed with honey, rum, lime juice, sugar and water, of course.  Sound good?

I have a feeling that's a hot cocktail Donnie would be very comfortable with.
