You just have to wonder where it will end.

I was just looking at pictures of a San Francisco apartment that's 295 square feet.  So small that the kitchen cabinets are on one wall and your bed is on the other.  The rent is $1,600 a month and, they say, that's far below the normal rent for an efficiency apartment.

I'm beginning to understand why the 20 year olds walk around with a frown on their face.  Thank God we lived through the last of the "good times".
