The early morning weather statement from the National Weather Service says we can expect scattered thunderstorms through tonight and there might be heavy rain and lightening to watch out for.. That's not quite so omonous as yesterdays forecast.
In any event, I'm ready for the worst. I've got two good movies and two good books, on hand and, as soon as I got up this morning, I threw the "fixins" for CHICKEN SOUP in the crockpot.
