According to a survey by Career Builder.com, 16% of the employees, in this country, are late for work once a week or more. Nearly 30% are late, at least, once a month.
What I want to know is, with all the people looking for work, why are these people, who obviously think there are more important things than a paycheck, still working? Why haven't they been replaced?
