I refuse to call those terribly ugly buildings that they show movies in, these days, "theaters". I come from the ancient past when the theater, itself, was a big part of going to the movie.
These days you can go to the movie box and pay a huge ticket price to watch a film which, in place of a story line, is a spliced together chain of chases, bombings and killings..most, of which, is computer generated.
But, now, you don't have to actually watch the movie. You can sit in one of the "twitter seats" and tweet your "thoughts" about the movie to the world. Or you can tweet about the stale popcorn, or about the goofy guy sitting in the row in front of you.
Hey, guess what? YOU ARE THE GOOFY GUY. You've just paid big bucks to sit in that seat and ignore the movie on the screen while you punch the little key pad and watch the tiny screen on your cell phone.
