Who would have thought a sushi restaurant would be a hit in La Crosse?  Sounds like it is in this article in the La Crosse Tribune.  I see they have fried bananas.  Rita and I were introduced to fried bananas on the San Blas Islands, off the coast of Panama, about (what seems like) a hundred years ago.  I don't think I've had any since.
