Another case of poor customer service...or, in this case, I'd call it NO customer service at all.
Duane had an appointment with his dentist for his regular teeth cleaning. When he got there he found out that his regular dentist had retired, left town and moved down south without a word to his patients. Duane wasn't all that happy with the new dentist and is not sure he'll return. I don't blame him. What a shoddy way to treat patients who have been coming to see you for years.
No one seems to care about anyone else anymore. It's all about "me" and the rest of you can go to hell. There's a great sickness in this country.
