FLOOD

It's that time of year again.
FROM THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE

* FLOOD WARNING FOR THE BLACK RIVER NEAR GALESVILLE. * FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING TO THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* AT 7:30 PM SUNDAY THE STAGE WAS 8.0 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 12.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY WEDNESDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE TO RISE TO NEAR 12.1 FEET BY WEDNESDAY. THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY WEDNESDAY EVENING. * IMPACT...AT 12.0 FEET...FLOODING MAINLY IMPACTS WILDLANDS AND AGRICULTURAL PASTURE LAND. HOWEVER THE APPROACH TO THE SOUTH END OF THE COUNTY ROAD VV BRIDGE OVER THE BLACK RIVER MAY BE FLOODED.
