THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SAYS THIS HAS BEEN A WET ONE!

The normal amount of rainfall, for La Crosse, in June is 4 inches.  So far, this year, we've had 8 inches.  That makes it the 8th wettest June on record.  Just think.  If this had been December it could have been snow!
