It's a miserable day in Wyoming. With heavy snow (up to 10 inches southeast of Worland) and wind chills to 25 below I'll bet Rick, Angela and the dogs are staying close to the fireplace!
They're waiting for 3 to 6 inches of snow in Rapid City today with higher amounts in the hills. Wind chills will be as cold as 35 below and don't even think about driving anywhere.
