I WAS THINKING I SHOULD EAT MORE RADISHES

I really love radishes and I don't know why I don't buy them more often.

Radishes have lots of vitamin C, they're rich in fiber and they contain isothiocyanates which fight certain cancers.

"Hey", I thought, "I'm missing out on a healthy thing, here."  Then, I read on.

Turns out that radishes have lots of potassium, sodium and phosphorous.

Curses, foiled again.  My poor kidneys can't handle that stuff anymore.

Scratch radishes off the grocery list!
