LOOKS LIKE THE AIR FORCE IS SERIOUSLY ON THE SIDE OF THE NON-SMOKERS

Ellsworth Air Force Base, outside of Rapid City, is cutting the number of "smoking areas", at the base, from 58 to 34 on April 1.  The Air Force also forbids sale of cigarettes at all of its facilities.
