EVEN WITHOUT ANY RAIN, AUSTIN, TEXAS IS THE SECOND FASTEST GROWING CITY IN THE USA

Only Raleigh, North Carolina is growing faster, according to FORBES.  Houston, San Antonio and Dallas are also in the top 10 growers.  Orlando was the only Florida city to make the top 10 list.
