FOOD

I NEED TO MAKE A RUN TO VIROQUA
Aunt Wilda has blueberries, in the freezer, for me and I saw a recipe, this morning, I have to try out.

5 MINUTE BLUEBERRY PIE
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Graham cracker crust
  • Whipped Cream
Combine sugar and cornstarch.  Stir in water until smooth.  Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes.  Add blueberries and cook for three minutes, stirring occasionally.  Pour into the crust and chill.  Top with whipped cream to serve it.
