AN ITEM FROM DONNIE
Condos in downtown Austin are virtually sold out. Item in today's paper that the high-rise Four Seasons Residences is now sold out, with units averaging $625/sq.ft., or $1.25 million. Guess we will not be moving downtown.

The smallest unit at The Four Seasons, basically a closet with sink and toilet, is $500,000.
