THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Just saw an article that reports a United Flight from London to San Francisco ran out of toilet paper and they had to rely on cocktail napkins. That's one flight I'm glad I missed.
But you gotta feel worse for the poor sould who used up all the paper.
