I THINK I CAN,SAFELY, SAY W'E'RE NOT GOING TO HAVE A SPRING. THERE'S NO END OF COLD WEATHER IN SIGHT

Highs will hover around 40 tomorrow and Wednesday and we'll be lucky to see 35 for a high on Thursday.

I'm not happy about this at all.  Last year we had the warmest spring ever recorded.  This spring I still need the parka most days.
