WINTER ISN'T OVER UNTIL IT'S OVER
Blizzard conditions are forecast for the northern Red River Valley and northwest Minnesota today. 40 MPH winds and 3 to 10 inches of snow will be the story there.
In the meantime, we'll see high temperatures near 40 today before those temperatures plunge to 8 above tonight with freezing drizzle and snow. Mother Nature sure can be a bitch, sometimes.
