I JUST SAW A GREAT TIP FROM THE FOOD CHANNEL
If you
wrap your cheese in tin foil or waxed paper
it will stay fresh longer than if you wrap it in plastic. It also won't mold as fast.
I suppose everybody, but me, already knew that.
